DisplayPort as an input

Can we use DisplayPort as an input? For example to connect PS3. (of course I will have HDMI to DisplayPort converter)

AFAIK, no ThinkPad offering allows you to use the internal display with an external device(ie: connecting your PS3 via DisplayPort or HDMI and playing it on your notebook's display).

However, I do remember that the Alienware M18x has this feature, and other gaming-oriented notebooks might also have it.
