Hi,
Simple question, has anyone managed to get a bluetooth headset working properly on their thinkpad with the integrated bluetooth ?
I stumbled upon this post
http://forums.lenovo.com/t5/W-Series-Th ... d-p/184590 it seems it doesn't work very well.
Is there a headset you would recommend ?
Thanks!

Hi,
I'm using a cheap bluetooth headset like bluedio AV960 to my T61

T61 recognized the headset and has 2 ports open, the voice gateway (for chatting via skype or receiving calls from your bluetooth phone) and the audio gateway ..
Any headset with bluetooth connection work well on every Th
inkPad I've seen here in Indonesia ..
I managed to connect my blackberry cellphone, a GPS receiver, a headset, a mouse and another computer using the integrated bluetooth from my T61

Hi,
I just found out that my Blackberry cannot use the A2DP's bluetooth feature on Windows 7 x64, it seemed the A2DP driver is not included from Lenovo for Win7 x64
The solution for me is to install a bluetooth software like
Bluesoleil and override the bluetooth driver from Lenovo ..
The link for Bluesoleil :
http://www.bluesoleil.com/products/S000 ... 90001.html
I use bluesoleil 6 for winXP x64 and my T61 can connect to many bluetooth-enabled devices (cellphones, headsets, GPS receivers, other computers, mice, keyboards, etc )

Yes, I have a Sony Ericsson MW600 that I successfully use with both my X1 (phone) and my W520 (ThinkPad)
Also use the phone as modem, so all connects to all.

, but never tried it simultaneously though.

If you want to enjoy music through Bluetooth connection, the Bluetooth headset maybe not the idea product for that. Get yourself a Bluetooth receiver to work with your audio system. Trust me, the sound quality is more better than the other way. I found it in PortalbleHiFi.com. There are detailed reviews of
best Bluetooth receiver to hely you find a suitable one.
