W520 - Issues with Sleep and Access Connections

Hello,

I have some issues with sleep and Access Connections.

Sleep: when I put it to sleep, it comes back by itself after about 1m and sometimes goes to sleep again, sometimes not. Dont know why !!!

Access Connections: when I try to add a Wifi connection it says No networks found ... I tried disabling Wlan Config service from Windows 7 but it didnt help.

If someone has a clue I would really be grateful !
