WinDVD Application

I applied a WinDVD 10 update and it did some goofy things so I uninstalled WinDVD. But the installer is update only. The original app is always located in the C:\SWAPPS directory but I don't see it. Is it possible to reinstall this application without a complete refresh of the system? Where is the installer? There doesn't seem to be a way to get a full installer from Lenovo either.
