W520 4270CTO fingerprint error code 45

Hi guys! Hello from Russia! Happy New Year to you, I hope 2014 makes your dreams come true!
Guys, I had my thinkpad W520 4270CTO reboot on new year, about 1:20 Moscow time, screen just shook, and went blank, and the thing just shut down. Turning it on gave me beep 1-3-3-1 (memory). Guys I'm a certified IT guy, A+, MCSA, I got my own company, Sochi Computer on google if anyone interested lol. But basically troubleshooting revealed two problems:
1.... 1 of 8GB Corsair VENGANCE sticks went bad, computer does not boot with it, gives 1-3-3-1 beep, be it inside system alone or in combination with other chips --- I have (well had) 32 GB of corsair vengeance 1600 RAM. But that's a simple RMA, I have no problem with that.
2.... fingerprint reader don't work.
In device manager it shows error 45, device not connected. Reconnecting, cleaning, bending wire from bezel just don't help, reinstalling drives don't help either.
I read up already, a guy that had similar problem solved it by replacing bezel (and sensor with it). So basically I need a new sensor, right? Where to buy these parts? Because, my parts supplier in Russia don't have thinkpad parts, they are too expensive for people to own here.
I already had bezel broken near smart card reader, so basically I had to replace it anyway, plus mouse pad is all polished and ugly, and thinkpad logo came off, along with intel, and other stickers. Heh, and speaker covers are dirty. I carry this thing with me on work all the time. So yea, I need a new bezel, with smart card reader, color sensor, and fingerprint reader. Where to buy it cheap? Shipping is to Miami, FL to my family.
On a different angle, give me some thought why thing problem even happen? Perhaps some ideas of how to fix it, I still have hope. I don't know, but about a week prior to problem I took my thinkpad apart, first time ever, and cleaned it from dust, and replaced thermal paste, I was grounded the whole time.
This problem is rather critical, because to go into BIOS I used my fingerprint, I don't even remember password, and that is serious on thinkpads, because of security chip!
