W500 4063-FN4 Motherboard FRU

I have a W500 4063-FN4. It is 5 years old and the V5700 Fire GL card is not working. I can run on the Intel card but the screen brightness flickers, typically having alot of grey.
I want to replace the motherboard to fix this issue.
Looking at http://support.lenovo.com/en_US/detail. ... MIGR-71037
It shows that the MOBO FRU is 60Y3779.
Looking at eBay http://www.ebay.com/itm/161195468216
there is a board with 60Y3779/60Y3765 serial on it.
I was wondering if it would be compatible with the rest of my w500 4063-fn4.
