Is the Serial Ultrabay Enhanced Blu-ray Burner (43R9150) compatible with the W520?
I can't seem to find a definite answer anywhere.

I would recommend external compact high quality (metal construction) BD burner, more flexible and you will keep your bay for other things. Just my 2 cents
