w510, win7pro & ww2 flight sims

I'd like to know if my w510 core7 with 8gigs and a 500g HDD will run a world war 2 flight sim such as Birds of Prey (I think that's the title.) with adequate frame rate and no risk to the machine due to heat. Anyone flying such a system?
