OCM (Options Compatibility matrix) owner ?

Anyone know who owns the OCM ? I found a moderately serious typo on the ThinkPad L page in the March 2015 version, and there seems to be no human standing behind it, to accept feedback, suggestions, typos etc. It would be nice if the owner would sign the document, and offer a subscription service, like the PSREF does.
