T510 Power Manager Reset
T510 Power Manager Reset
First, I hope I am on the right forum. My issue is that I did a reset of the battery with Power Manager v 3.25. It did a partial job by drawing the battery to 1% charge but it did not complete the task by bringing the battery back up to 100% and resetting the Wh. It did not give any progress reporting but just indicated 1% charge. I have a second T510 with a v 3.65 Power Manager which did an excellent job and restored 8 Wh. Can I download and install an updated version of Power Manager? Thanks.

Re: T510 Power Manager Reset
Make sure all programs are closed while running the battery calibration.
I had seen that one batteryinfoview did not allow the battery calibration to proceed. Simply closing this started the process properly.

Re: T510 Power Manager Reset
Thanks! I thought I had closed all of the programs last time so I tried again closing even my AV program. Success. The reset has started normally just like it did on my other T510 and I am sure it will continue completion.thinkpadcollection wrote:Make sure all programs are closed while running the battery calibration.
