Thinkpad w700 with Intel turbo memory

Hi, I am currently running windows 10 pro 64bit on a thinkpad w700 with Intel turbo memory 4gb.

Why Do I only see readydrive enabled but ready boost is grey out in the Intel console? Is it suppose to be readydrive on the 4gb module?

Also, can I use it as a drive? Why doesn't it show up in disk management console?

I have been waiting to see if anyone has upgraded a W700 to Win10.

While I cannot answer your question, please answer mine: Does Win10 run well on this machine? The machine has worked well since 2008; is a fully loaded W700 Quad Core, with 1920 x 1200 screen, the Intel disk cache and 8 GB of RAM, BlueRay, etc.
