W510 how to switch GPU, 3D mark problem

I recently bought a razor W510 :D

Intel Core i7-620M (2.66 GHz)
8 GB DDR 3 RAM
15.6 Full HD 1920 x 1080
NVIDIA Quadro FX 880M - 1 GB

Probably there are two graphic cards: integrated Intel and a dedicated Nvidia. I don't known how to switching these cards?
In device manager is only Nvidia visible.

It should be here: bios -> config -> display. But there are only display options, nothing about GPU.

The second thing, I tested the 3D Mark 2005. I do not know why sometimes the test goes at speeds of 5-8 fps regardless of the resolution, and sometimes 20-30 fps in the native.
Why is it that ?

Result 3D mark 2005 is 3500pkt. What about the result ?

thx

I was of the opinion that W510 do not have switchable graphics (mine doesn't)

Indeed, the W510 does not have switchable graphics, unlike the W500 before it and its successor the W520.

I don't get how the non work station ones had the first version of Optimus :O I was amazed about that.

So there is an integrated Intel graphics processor in my W510 (4319-2PU) with an I7 Q720 as well as the discrete Invidia GPU, but no way to switch between them?

There is no integrated graphics on the W510 quad-core CPUs because there
wasn't enough room left on the chip for Intel to do that.

only dual core processors have built in integrated GPU, quad cores do not have iGPU,

that is why w510 doesn't have switchable graphics, while t510/t410 should have it.

This is only true for 1st gen of core i series.
