The battery indicator light keeps blinking like that. Is that normal?

That LED behavior means the battery is 20%-80% full and charging.

What does power manager say regarding full capacity, remaining capacity, and charge amps/volts? Depending what you see it may be a good idea to do a battery gauge reset.

Aah, didn't know that.
