Also you could do a test and log it with HWiNFO64; start logging, start Prime95 and after a minute or so start Furmark too. And don't forget, the NVidia Quadro 2000M has a 55W TDP so is a pretty hungry GPU.

As GACrabill said before, check your TPFC settings; here's my TPFC setup (smart mode 1):

Level=40 0 // Level=140 0
Level=50 1 // Level=150 1
Level=75 3 // Level=165 3
Level=80 7 // Level=175 7
Level=90 64 // Level=195 64

Aliexpress is reliable?
I've had good experience with aliexpress, they have an escrow payment system (the money are given to the seller after you got the item), they make a snapshot of the transaction, for future claims if any, just pay attention of what you buy (pictures, description). This one particularly has good/fast shipment (China Post Registered Air Mail), others (NL Post, etc) could be slower.

Where I can upload Your settings to TPFC.62?
And You guys are right I think my temps are normal for my setup (will see with new fan and when i get extra money for stupid things with whole heatsink), but most the time TPFC keep temperature at 65-70C sometimes turining off fan.

My mate have a msi ge62 with gtx970m and his fan is constantly about 3000 rpm, but sounds more quiet.
I wish i can put some better fan to my dream machine :).

Here are the original default TPFC settings :
Level=60 0 // Level=140 0
Level=65 1 // Level=150 1
Level=75 3 // Level=165 3
Level=80 7 // Level=175 7
Level=90 64 // Level=195 64

A fan that runs more often is my choice for a cooler laptop, therefore I use these settings :
Level=55 0 // Level=140 0
Level=60 1 // Level=150 1
Level=65 3 // Level=165 3
Level=70 7 // Level=175 7
Level=75 64 // Level=195 64

I prefer to not see 80 and 90 degree temperatures if possible.

Note that the fan rpm you get at any setting decreases when the fan wears down badly
