Where is pwr sensor in W500?

Hello,
I plan to improve cooling PWR in my w500. Afer install T9900 PWR have temp like 50degC under office work (cpu 41-45)
When I play in games temp of pwr is much higher and bios drop cpu speed to 1,5GHz
Maybe some one have knowledge, where is pwr sensor is placed on pcb or maybe some know what i should cool for lower pwr temps?
p.s.
I'm looking for W500 electronic schematics - some one have it

PWR is power in electronics term, not temperature.
CPU temp is correct to talk about, and yes you do need to make sure heatsink cooling fins are free from dust and check that thermal grease is evenly squeezed out on the CPU silicon die.

When CPU is under high load PoweSuppluUniut have much higher loads too. I don't have problems witch CPU/GPU temps (diamond paste). My problem is very high PSU temp (PWR sensor)
I don't notice this problem with T9600, only with T9900. With T9900 i see difference with performance at once, second, for better performence BIOS speed up T9900 to 3,2GHz from 3,06GHz.
When PWR sensor reads 70degC, Bios drop speed from 3,2 or 3,06GHz to 1,5GHz. When I open laptop and blow additional cold air on MB, CPU work with 3,06GHz in long terms)

Get an infrared thermometer laser gun, it can pick hot spots with a size of only 5mm.
I use the HoldPeak HP-880EK which includes an extra thermocouple sensor.

The speed of the T9900 is 3.06 GHz, not 3.2 GHz. The very early form of Intel Turbo Boost on the Core 2 (Penryn only) was called IDA (Intel Dynamic Acceleration) which would increase the clock speed of the CPU slightly if only one core was active. So the T9900 may "overclock" itself as a part of this feature to 3.2 GHz briefly whenever one core is essentially idling and the loading on the second core demands it.
This won't happen often during gaming because the game will most likely load one (or both) of the cores to 100% leaving the other core (if unused by the game) to handle all other OS and background application related tasks. Therefore, since one core will never be very close to idle, IDA will not ever kick in.
Regarding your temps... I am assuming you have TPFC to monitor temps? What does your fan speed schedule look like? What is the temp of the CPU itself? Are you undervolting the CPU at all?

According to temps...
W7x64, idle 0,8GHz CPU load 0-5%
Temps are from TPFC
just paste at this moment
1 cpu 43°C
2 aps 41°C
3 crd 39°C
5 no5 36°C
7 bat 36°C
9 bus 39°C
10 pci 45°C
11 pwr 51°C
fan controlled by bios (1850-1930 rpm)
GPU (eco mode)
additional hardware:
second disk hitachi 7k500 (suspend) + main 7k750
Intel turbo memory 2GB used as temp folder for system and internet browsers

because I have W500 schematics, localize temp sensor and heat source. Maybe some mosfet generate this heat or some coils. if mosfet - its easy, I can find better substitute with lower joint resistance (less heat) or maybe additional thermal pad can help.

Yes, 3.2 GHz isn't uncommon at low load levels; what's your CPU loading look like at that clock speed? Probably not very heavy on both cores. Mine does the same thing.
Temps look good at idle or near idle. Try smart mode - but adjust it so it runs at fan 64 over 70 or 75C and see how well it fares.

After 2h on battery with office applications (energy saving default)

9 bus 33°C
10 pci 37°C
11 pwr 36°C
fan 1975 rpm
after modification I give feedback with new PWR (PSU) temperatures
