W520 4270CTO WiFi & BT upgrade

Is it possible to upgrade the W520 WiFi to dual band AC? And upgrade BT to BT4?

No idea though how good that is (or not).
BT update also possible with same.
You could try an Intel 8260AC with BT4.2, assuming the antenna wires fit on it.
