W500 disply fail recovery like low memory reboot random

my W500 still speraticly freezes and reboots due to that dumb display memory time out popup. I dea ctivated any un-nessesary apps over working GPU and set more memory but prev owner took Turbo Memory card out and WIWAN card could those cause this? its getting very anoying.
