have you been check the drive with sentinel or anything that drive health related software?

Make a drawing with the screwholes of the bottom and inside of your laptop.
Tape the (removed) screws on the matching drawing holes, that way you'll never make a mistake when you reassemble.

Use Excel for that if you need those drawings more than once.
Make it in such a way, that it prints out on an A4/Letter sheet
