W520/T520 Replacement Screw Cover Stickers for Monitor Casing?

Has anybody seen for sale the little screw cover stickers that go on the trim around the LCD?
I swapped a 1080p panel into my W520 some time ago, and despite my best efforts, one of the stickers just wouldn't stay put anymore after, and it's mildly annoying.
I also wouldn't be opposed to cutting some myself, but I have no idea what material to look for in this case, any suggestions?
