Factory pre-installed software

Hello,

I'm in the process of setting up my ThinkPad W500 and would like to know what pre-installed components I can remove.

E.g. The Microsoft Office system, a 60 day trial, which components should be removed? And SQL 2005 is this a trial version? Or is it something to do with the ThinkAdvantage or part of some other pre-installed software ?
