Can't browse to ibm.com websites with W700

I have a very strange issue with my W700. I cannot browse to any ibm.com sites. I've tried with IE7/8, Opera, Firefox and Safari.
Checked proxy settings(nothing there) and HOST file(nothing there either).
I have not had problems with any other website.
I work as a technician on IBM servers, so this issue kind of sucks, since I can't get into the Support site with this computer.
Has anyone encountered this issue or know how to reslove it?
Thanks all!
EDIT:
Running Vista all patched up.

Try disabling IPV6 or possibly lowering your MTU.
For IPV6 it's a quick registry hack;

For MTU it's a tad more complicated, but not really;

Are you behind a proxy server or firewall? Have you asked the company or campus site Admin about it? Have you tried the machine outside of this proxy/firewalled environment? Find a local WiFi hot-spot.

We don't use any proxies, and I have tried my computer at several sites. I have also tried other computers at the same site, and they work fine.

A few points:
1. Firewall settings (very unlikely though, since the issue is with only one site)
2. Any programs like PeerGuardian (it blocks IBM sites per default), HideIP etc
3. Scan for malware -> Spybot S&D + Malwarebytes
4. Any additional software installed that could mess up with network/internet (worth a try)
