W500 - Noises

I just ordered my W500 about a week or two ago and the second it came I installed 4GB of crucial ram I had ordered off Newegg, I then noticed when I tilted the laptop that there were somewhat subtle-but definitely noticeable sliding metal noises. I called tech support and had it sent in, and I received the laptop about an hour ago and two parts were replaced, the "BASE COVER ASM 4058 WW" and the "PC CARD SLOT CARDBUS/EXPRESS C", but I gave it the tilt test again and I'm hearing the exact same two noises that I initially sent the laptop in for. The noises come from the upper right hand region and the lower left region, I called tech again and they said the parts were replaced and there was a loose screw they took care of, so now I'm wondering if I'm just a bit skeptical and these noises are completely normal, or if something is still wrong with my laptop?
Is anyone else experiencing some noises when they tilt their laptop (rather roughly I guess as these things are meant to be sturdy!), the noises coming from the upper right region seem to be located directly behind the "trademark ____" information on the backside of the W500 and seems to be intermittent-the noise seems to come and go, may I just be inducing these noises by shaking/tilting too rigorously?
Any feedback would be nice, as I am very worried about my laptop!
