Other than size what is the difference in screens ?
Is the color accuracy the same ?

There's two screens for the W700 - the regular WXGA+(1440x900) and the 400 nit WUXGA(1920x1200). This article may be of interest to you. I'd say if you're looking for color accuracy the WUXGA is the way to go.
