Docking station for W500

I have T61p with Advanced Dock and Mini-Dock. I just ordered a new W500.

Will those docks work with W500?

And how about the SATA bay adapter? Lenovo rep told me I need a different one with T61p.

That is true. The W500 uses a different internal SATA connector than the T61/P. Look for FRU# 43R1980 Hard Drive Bay Adapter II for the W500.

I'm using the same docking station from my T60p for my W500. Everything seems to work, except for the headphone/speaker output. They are in the front of the W500 and the output from the headphone doesn't seem to be passed through the docking station. Any ideas? Are there newer docking stations that are more compatible with W500 lines ?

I'm using the dockstation now. And have a speaker connect to the dock, it seem works fine.
