W500 and Client Security Solution issue

First post! :D

Hi everybody,

Few months ago I swapped my one year old T61 to a brand new W500 (4063-D72) hoping the better specs and more power will help in my work.
In my T61 everything worked perfectly (I am talking about software), I was a very happy owner.

After transferring everything to my new W500 and installing all the latest drivers and software from Lenovo, I found that Client Security Solution doesn't work

CSS (8.21) comes with an error message whenever I restart my laptop: There was a problem connecting to the TPM (security device) on this computer. It is possible that anti-virus or firewall sw is blocking the connection. A missing or disabled driver could also cause this problem. Please refer to the online documentation for more information.

Can someone tell me which online documentation it refers to and guide me what can be the problem?
FYI: this is a company laptop and I have a TREND Micro OfficeScan SP1 anti-virus and firewall sw installed on it, but it is the same software what I had on my T61 and everything worked on that laptop without a problem.
I have Win XP SP3 installed on W500.
