Is the w510 cpu soldered?

I'm considering buying the w510 to replace my current two laptops and my desktop. At the moment I don't have enough to get the i7-920xm cpu upgrade, although I would have enough after I sell the second laptop. I was wondering if the cpu was soldered and if I should wait until I have enough to just get the upgrade or if I could upgrade it later myself.
I already tried looking elsewhere but was unable to find an answer.

Just had a look at:
http://www.lenovoservicetraining.com
There is a video showing removing/replacing of W510 CPU which means it's socketed, not soldered.
As far as I know, only the X series have soldered CPUs.

Indeed. And the T4x0s series, which is an X series in many ways.

Thank you very much. Just what I was looking for.
