What has happened to the RAID option in the BIOS of W510 .... the docs talk about it, but it does not appear as an option

I might soon be purchasing a used W510 and am debating whether to freshly install Windows 7 on it or Windows 10 (I have licenses for both...

I feel silly asking this question, but was curious. Someone said w510 could boot from a usb. If so, could an older os be booted that way...like 98se...

Nothing too serious here just something grinding on me.

My W510 takes 12 seconds to reach the BIOS. Have tried changing the boot options in BIOS....
