ThinkVantage button and Help

I've read the various threads about using the reg key TPHOTKEY/8001/ to enable the ThinkVantage button to launch a program ... I can make it launch notepad.exe so I know I working with the correct key.

I'm trying to make it launch the Access Help ...

File = C:\Windows\SysWOW64\hh.exe
Parameters = masteraibl.chm

But nothing happens ... I think it launches hh.exe but it's not seeing chm to open.

Any ideas please?
