New W510, Smartcard and Left speaker

Just got my W510 -- been a long time Thinkpad fan, getting a new model every couple a years from a T21 some time ago.

Just received my W510 Friday after waiting 2 months for it to ship. Unfortunately, the left speaker doesn't seem to work and now that I'm searching on problems like this, it seems fairly common. Although, mine seemed to not work from the get-go. On the plus side, the W510 with a SSD is quite impressive in boot and app load time.

One question I had ... apparently I didn't order the right unit that has a smartcard reader, which I use extensively. Anyone know the FRU or part number so that I can add one? It looks like it would be easy to add if I can get ahold of the appropriate card, not sure if anyone has done that.
