W510 speaker problem?

Hi guys
i just received my W510 and i face the first problem is the screen i find something like small spot of light come from the left side of the screen , but that's ok the screen must be replaced the other problem that i doubt is the very low speaker volume and you feel that you hear echo in the sound idont know what is this problem is it software or hardware can any body help please ?
