SBB vs VBB

Hi,

I recently ordered a W510 configured system and already faced too many problems ordering it. First, they've charged my credit twice so I had to call them and remove the second order but turned out they've deleted the wrong order and the one left was only pending and has been removed with the end of the next day! I ended up without any order. I called again and they've fixed that manually by copying the deleted order but they had a wrong shipping address this time and the order was put on hold and I had to call them and fix that too.

Because the last order was made on the phone the specifications were copied from the original order. Today I've noticed that even though I've ordered 8gb of ram they still list the original 4g stick as SBB and the 8gb as VBB. Is that normal? Is it a code they use internally? Or should I contact the again!
