W701DS: Switching between an external & built-in tablets

I have full intention of purchasing the W701DS in the new year (when I have the money saved up to buy one tripped out to the rims) but I was wondering it handles being switch between external tablet and it’s built in one.
I was planning on setting up an at-home setup via the dock and only use the built-in tablet when traveling for work but I don’t if you can switch between the profiles. Can is easily switch between the two or do I have to do something with the settings?
