Happy New Year to all you budding ThinkPad'ers out there!

I upgraded my W700ds from Vista 64 ultimate over to WINDOWS-7 64 ultimate and now I can't get my integrated camera to do anything in SKYPE?

All I get is the hypnotic revolving cyan circle - and nothing more.

Of course, I have downloaded the latest drivers from the Lenovo WWW site, but no joy?

I am really sorry if this has been posted a hundred times before, but I couldn't find anything immediately in a brief scan of forum 'Search' results.

Any advice would be very much appreciated - I had to grab my W500 back from my daughter to see my 5 year old in Holland today.

I dont have a 700DS , but have a 701ds and when I lost the 'camera' I just REINSTALLED it from here:

ALSO to note = the Bottom on PAGE for this>
"Windows 7 (32-bit, 64-bit) Update Module..."

Hope that solves your issues,,,,, my skype works fine now.
