Replacing w700 LCD

Hi all~
I have a W700 recent bidded from ebay
What I know the W700's LCD is WUXGA 2CCFL LTN170CT01 But with only 72% color-gamut
If I want replace LTN170CT01 with LTN170CT08 which is W701's RGB-LED LCD with 100% color-gamut, there must some parts I should replace also, ex. LCD cable & LED controller board, right?
so there's a question is those parts I want to replaced with are compatible with W700??
