Ethernet Hibernate issue after installing SP1 of Win 7

I Installed SP1 of Win 7 last evening.
Now when my W700 wakes up after Hibernate I don't have an ethernet connection.
No problem after a normal boot/restart only after waking from Hibernate.
Every power saving option I could find I turned off/disabled.
Before SP1 this issue did not occur.
Any thoughts?

Update: This seems to have resolved itself. Post SP1 there were two automatic system updates and I caught an "installing new hardware" icon in the system tray but couldn't determine exactly what hardware. Bottom line, the problem is gone.
