W701ds, 3 monitors: main + slideout + external possible?

Hello. Is it possible to run triple head video in the W700ds or W701ds? In other words, the main display and the secondary slideout in the notebook as well as a third external display...simultaneously.

As you may be aware, it is easily possible to run 2 monitors at once without additional hardware/software such as the main + ds, or main + external displays. But as soon as you slide out the ds (secondary monitor built into the notebook), the external shuts off as the built in one takes precedence).

I am guessing that extra equipment will be needed. But what and how?

I found some of the answers here. It does not however specifically address the built in display of the W700ds or W701ds.

I have the W701ds (nVidia Quadro FX 2800M) with Mini Dock 2.0.

I read other posts on the matter. Many people have described using external video adapters with DualHead2Go and USB2DVI often suggested.
- Wish to use the slide out screen, not 2 external monitors. Thus something like the Matrox DualHead2Go is not an option.
- The external monitor's resolution is 2560x1600 thus current USB2DVI adapters are not an option. Even if it were so, using the slide out secondary display on the notebook itself would disallow usage external video ports.
