WWAN card for W520

I've got a spare F3507g which won't work in my new W520. It's not on the whitelist (Dell branded) and taping pin 20 does not work

so time to look for a compatible WWAN mPCIe card.

Can anyone recommend a suitable thinkpad FRU ?

The online lenovo shop shows:

ThinkPad 3G BroadBand Option 43R9153

ThinkPad Mobile Broadband 0A36186

they are using:

Ericsson F3507g
Ericsson F3607gw
Ericsson F5521gw

(depends on area and mobile networks there)
