No parts information for W520

I've entered my type and serial number on the Lenovo warranty lookup page which shows

Type: Model: Serial number:
4276 23U R9xxxx

Status: Expiration date: Location:
In warranty 2014-06-22 UNITED STATES

However when I click on the Parts Lookup link the page displayed does not contain any parts information. What does this mean: my thinkpad case contains no parts or the parts have not yet been entered into the Lenovo system.

Probably the latter case. If it doesn't show up in a couple of weeks give the Lenovo warranty folks a call. As a last resort try Mark at the other forum.
