w520 with think ThinkPad b/g/n

quick question i was wondering if i can upgrade my wlan adapter... i want to use Intel® Wireless Display but it requires a intel centrino wlan adapter. Is it a remove and replace or is it built in the motherboard?

Be sure to order it from Lenovo or it won't work, their BIOS has a whitelist of approved wireless cards.
