Thinkpad R52 Forgot supervisor password & hard-disk password

i have thinkpad r52
model no: 1860-NQ4
serial no: L9-A0421 507


i have forgotten the both supervisor password & hard-disk password
i have to remove both the password
please tell me how to remove the password
is there is bios clearing option or jumper shorting option
please help and please attach the image with the suggestion because i have wasted my lots of time in this but not able to find any thing........

our rules and just plain good sense prevent our hosting information on how to subvert the password protections afforded by thinkpads..

so, sorry, no one here will be able to give aid in that regard..

to enlarge, how would you feel if it were your thinkpad that was stolen be business comcpetitors wanting your proprietary data from your password protected hard drive..?
