Bluetooth Device not found error

I'm using Thinkpad R61 and XP SP3 but i've can not start Bluetooth device.
I tried to install all drivers provided on lenovo's website but failed.
Also tried fn+f5 but nothing happens.

Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Are you sure you even have BT?
It it does not show in Fn/F5, and/or the BT LED does not light up, you don't have it.
