ThinkPad R61i Hangs at POST (thinkpad screen)

The subject line pretty much says it all.

I've got a ThinkPad R61i, when I try to boot it gets to the BIOS splash screen. "ThinkPad, to interrupt normal startup, press the blue ThinkVantage button" and it just sits there. Pressing the blue button does nothing.

Any ideas on where to start troubleshooting?

Remove HD, CD, wifi card, modem, TurboMem/WWAN if it applies.
Then try booting again, adding 1 item at the time.
