R61e - T7300 CPU temperature

Hello. I have a question about the temperature of my R61e CPU. When I turn the laptop on I can't hear the fan is running. The system gets hot (60 degrees, sometimes 70). And the fan starts to run. Now the idle temperature is about 42 degrees.

One hour ago I've cleaned and oiled the fan and changed the Thermal grease. Is it normal and safe temperature for this processor?
