Access IBM problem, Security Client problem

Hi everybody,
At first I'd like to say that I love Your forum, really tons of helpful information here. Best You can find on the web I think.
Here are my questions:
1. Access IBM button. I deleted from my drive IBM Folders like IBMSHARE IBMTOOLS, VALUEADD, but kept DRIVERS and I386. Now whenever I press the button ( in windows, have not tried during startup) I get warning message that create recovery discs.ink shortcut may be broken or the network drive is unavailable. I need to accept this message few times it pops out, then Access IBM starts and it is ok. How do I fix this? Hope I will have no problems with eventual system restore.
2.Client security software. I used my client security software for a while, then suddenly after a restart the installer launched, then windows installer launch and so my computer was stuck without doing aniything but configuring the application forever. I managed to kill the process but instantly, it fired up again. After few retries I managed to delete the exe file. The only cure was to install again, and then uninstall. Anybody have a clue what was wrong?
