Memory Compatability for A20M 2628-3CU

I have a friend who gave me two 128mb sticks of memory from a unknown lappy... They are Hynix PC100U-222-620 -- 128mb Sync 100MHz CL 2 144pin SoDIMM

They from what I have found are identical to whats in a A20M... But.. Does anyone know if they will work or what?

He also gave me a LG Slim DVD Rom drive from a dell inspiron.... Other than the bezel possibly not fitting would the drive work in my A20M?

The memory should work just fine, a lot of Thinkpads came with Hynix memory from the factory.

The LG drive should work fine also once you've changed the plastic bay parts.
