R61i 15.4" fan error

Searched around some but didn't find anything specifically related, so here it goes.

I picked up a R61i 15.4" laptop and it needs a fan (came to me as having a fan error, so previous owner just removed it altogether).

I was wondering if a fan from any other model(s) would work in this laptop? I checked the HMM for this laptop but of course that only mentions of fans that were shipped with the unit.

I have access to fans for the following laptops if any of these would work --> T60 14" (4:3), T60 15", T61 14.1" WS, T400 14.1" WS

If they don't I'll pick up one that the HMM mentions on fleabay, or post an ISO here.
