Z60m LCD issues

So Uby's (Uunderboi) LCD is doing some weird stuff.
I added 2 gigs of memory, pretty straight forward operation, has nothing to do with the LCD issue.
Fired it back up and noticed instantly that the "normal" lights were not lit, and the LCD did not fire off.
Fiddled with it for awhile, and got the LCD to turn on, but the "normal" lights (HDD, Battery AC) are still not lit. The Wireless light IS on, but nothing else.
Reseated everything, and swapped the inverter.....nothing. You can see the Lenovo, splash screen with a flash light, so I know its booting.

Cable, or LCD?
Im thinking cable, because of the additional lights not working? But I dont know
