Hot R-60

My wife's R-60 runs considerably hotter than my similarly equipped T-60. Fan speeds seem the same by ear. Any ideas why ? Thanks.

It's seven years old. You may want to clean out the fan. Repasting it might be a good idea. Install ThinkPadFanControl and see what the temps are.

Already cleaned the fan, was thinking of redoing the cpu paste - thanks.
