A21m 0232 error code

My A21m started a few weeks ago with error code 0232 while booting.
The manual explains the code with problems with the embedded memory.

I think I narrowed the problem to one of the two RAM sockets. The system is stable with the memory from the right socket out. The problem seems not in the RAM itself, i changed the memory from the unstable socket to the other and that worked fine. But: the error call is not always, at this moment the system booted with memory in both sockets. Anyone familiar with this problem?
