Working with 60 series motherboard.

I removed the speakers from an R61 and what I would like to do is either build a wiring harness for both or splice the speaker wires in my R60 in order to install these two small speakers under the palmrest. Has anyone had any experience with doing this or working with/obtaining the small plastic connectors on the motherboard? Thanks.
